Within 30 days from permit isssuance by the Palm Beach Buildiong Department.​

The permit is progressing. The PBBD has revied the permit. Thye requested minor modifications. Modification submitted May 5. We expect the permit in June-Kuly timeframe.
- Which Building will start Construction first?
During the summer the construction will start in the parking lot.
The contractor and our resident Engineer will breif us their plan for consideration.

A Paint Color Committee has been formed to propose two sets of colors.
