- When will the Construction Project start?

Within 30 days from permit isssuance by the Palm Beach Buildiong Department.

 

​- What is the Status of Permi?

The permit is progressing. The PBBD has revied the permit. Thye requested minor modifications. Modification submitted May 5. We expect the permit in June-Kuly timeframe.

- Which Building the Construction will start first?

During the summer the construction will start in the parking lot. 
The contractor and our resident Engineer will breif us their plan for consideration.

- What Color did we Choose?

A Paint Color Committee has been formed to propose two sets of colors.
The community will vote to choose the desired color.
